Welcome to Threds From Coral. By using our website or consigning items with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Overview

Threds From Coral LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) offers a consignment service where individuals (“Consignors”) send in clothing and accessories for resale through live shows and online platforms.

2. Item Acceptance

We carefully curate what we sell.

We currently accept items that are:

  • New (with or without tags), or

  • Gently worn in great to excellent condition

We reserve the right to accept or reject any items at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Sales

All items are sold through live or online sales, typically starting at a low opening price (e.g., $10).

  • Final sale prices are determined by buyer demand

  • We do not guarantee any minimum sale price

  • By consigning with us, you accept the risk of items selling below expectations

4. Payment & Profit Split

After a successful sale:

  • Net proceeds (after platform fees, payment processing fees, and applicable taxes) are split 50/50 between the Consignor and the Company

  • Payments are issued only after:

    • The item is delivered to the buyer, and

    • Funds are released to us by the selling platform

We reserve the right to hold payment until these conditions are met.

5. Unsold Items

Items that do not sell may be:

  • Donated, or

  • Otherwise disposed of at our discretion

We do not return unsold items.

6. Shipping to Us

Consignors are responsible for:

  • Shipping items to us at their own cost

  • Ensuring items are packaged securely

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.

7. Ownership & Responsibility

By sending items to us, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner of the items

  • The items are authentic and not counterfeit

  • You have the right to sell them

8. Condition & Accuracy

We rely on your representations about item condition.

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline items that do not meet our standards

  • Remove items from sale at any time

​

9. Tax Reporting

If your total payouts reach $600 or more in a calendar year, we may be required to report payments using Form 1099-NEC.

You agree to provide a completed Form W-9 upon request.
We may hold payments until this information is received.

You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.

10. Payment Methods

Payments may be issued via:

  • ACH (bank transfer)

  • PayPal or other agreed methods

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or depreciation of items once received

  • We are not responsible for final sale prices

  • Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount actually paid to you for an item

12. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • That items will sell

  • That items will sell at a specific price

  • Any timeline for sale

​

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
